Florence's most famous tourist attraction: Duomo Cathedral

Still, the Duomo Cathedral is a must-see, so I couldn't miss it. During my 2 nights and 3 days in Florence, I went once during the day, once at night, and once to a rooftop cafe with a view of the Duomo Cathedral to fully enjoy the Duomo. We call it the Duomo Cathedral, but the official name is the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, which means 'Saint Mary of the Flower'. The word Duomo originally referred to a cathedral with a dome-shaped ceiling, but it is currently used to refer to the largest cathedral in the region. It is said to be the 4th largest cathedral in the world, with a capacity of 30,000 people. The Duomo Cathedral in Florence is famous for its dome designed by Filippo Brunelleschi, which is actually very large and magnificent. The Last Judgment, which is only on the dome ceiling inside, is also famous. The exterior is finished with green and pink marble panels outlined in white, which seems to be where the special atmosphere of this cathedral comes from. The vintage-colored green and pink create a subtle harmony. It feels elegant. Giotto's Campanile is the tallest building in Florence, and if you climb the 414 steps, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Florence. It became even more popular after being known as the filming location for the movie 'Between Calm and Passion'. I went up the campanile to enjoy the view on my previous trip to Florence, so I passed on this one. Even if it's hard, I recommend going up at least once. Florence is so beautiful that you can see it at a glance. I recommend making a reservation in advance.
