Fez, Morocco

Fez is one of the oldest imperial cities in Morocco and one of the country's four imperial cities. It was founded in 808 AD by Idris II. As the cultural and religious center of Morocco, Fez has historically been the capital of several dynasties, including the Idrisid dynasty and the Marinid dynasty. This city has witnessed the rise and fall of Moroccan history and has experienced the fusion of various cultures, such as Arab, Berber, and Andalusian.
