The birthplace of Dianhong tea

Dianhong is a favorite among many black tea lovers. Today, I visited its birthplace, Fengqing County in Lincang, Yunnan. I toured the Dianhong Tea Museum and then went to the old site of the Fengqing Tea Factory. The gate was closed, but after some persuasion, the guard let me in. The tea factory was established in 1939, originally named Shunning Experimental Tea Factory, and was renamed "Fengqing Tea Factory" in 1954. The site features 1950s Soviet-style architecture, office buildings, workshops, tea transport vehicles, and nostalgic narrow-gauge railways. It's a place full of memories. Tea lovers, it's worth a visit.
