Old Street Glimpses

Kunming Old Street is a historical district, preserving many characteristic residential buildings from the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China era. During my time in Kunming, the Old Street was very close to the hotel I stayed at, so I made a special trip to stroll around and experience the unique charm of the Old Street. At present, the traditional buildings of the Old Street, integrated with modern commercial elements, are filled with historical charm and a modern vibe. The Cup Building is hailed as the most beautiful corner of Kunming, with its symmetrical curved French architecture being distinctive and becoming a historical landmark of Kunming.
