Yan Zhenqing Park

Yan Zhenqing Park is located to the north of the southern outer ring road of Fei County and the west bank of the Wenliang River. The park is built according to the terrain of the riverbank and mainly includes three functional zones: the cultural theme area, the cultural memorial area, and the cultural leisure area. The cultural theme area and the memorial area are connected by corridors, reflecting the solemn, square, simple, and elegant style characteristics of Tang Dynasty architecture. The park houses the Yan Zhenqing Museum, Calligraphy Square, Lu Gong Lake, Lu Gong Temple, Lu Gong Pavilion, Boat Workshop, Yan Zhenqing Guild Hall, Science and Technology Museum, and City Exhibition Hall, among others. It is a high-quality cultural theme park that integrates historical education, cultural art, and leisurely sightseeing. Fei County is the hometown of Yan Zhenqing, an outstanding politician, military strategist, and calligrapher of the Tang Dynasty. Yan Zhenqing is another great calligrapher following the Sage of Calligraphy, Wang Xizhi, and is the creator of the 'Yan' style of calligraphy, a new style from the Tang Dynasty.
