Carmo Church (Porto)

#Overseas travel Visiting the Do Carmo Church in Porto was a unique and enjoyable experience. We reflected on the beauty of the Baroque architecture and the magnificent decorations that adorn the church’s façade. Our highlight was the wonderful technical detail of the blue and white (azuligo) tiles that depict fascinating religious scenes on the exterior walls. Inside the church, we enjoyed the quiet and historical atmosphere and saw some wonderfully ornate works of art. We walked around the church and enjoyed seeing the historic buildings and cobbled streets. Visiting the Do Carmo Church was a great cultural and spiritual experience, adding beauty and meditation to our trip to Porto.
