Suggestions 🚗Transportation: Public transportation If you take the train to Wudang Mountain West Station, there is 🚌bus 301 that goes directly to the scenic area customer service center for only 2 yuan. After entering the scenic area, there are shuttle buses in the scenic area (departure time is 7 am in summer and 7:30 am in winter). You can reach the destination along the way, get off to see the scenery, and then wait for the bus to go to the next location. There are many buses, and there is a trip every two minutes or so, which is very convenient. There are clay sculptures, murals, stone tablets and other cultural relics on Beiwudang Mountain. There is a Zhenwu Temple on the top of the peak, which was built in the Tang Dynasty and rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty. A Ming Dynasty stone archway is still preserved on the mountain, as is a stone statue of Zhenwu Emperor. At the foot of the mountain is the Taihe Palace, which was rebuilt during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty and is commonly known as the Zhenwu Palace. ⚠️Be careful to avoid pitfalls: 1. After going to Nanyan Palace and Longtouxiang, it is recommended to return to the original route and go directly to Nantianmen. We went all the way to the Feisheng Cliff Arm and came from the Monkey Face Rock. This section of the road went downhill and uphill, which was a bit hurtful to the knees. Although there were few people, the road was long and the scenery was average, so it was not cost-effective to go there. 2. In the first half of the scenic area, the food is very cheap. It is recommended to eat early. The later you go, the more expensive the food will be. 3. The overall journey is long and the slope is steep in the later stage. If you have time, it is recommended to climb in two days and stay in a hotel in the scenic area. You will not be so tired, you will not be so pressed for time, and you can enjoy the scenery better.
