Arthur’s Seat : Edinburgh’s Breathtaking Summit

#mytraveldiary Climbing Arthur’s Seat was the highlight of my Edinburgh trip and absolutely worth it! The hike, taking 30–60 minutes depending on the route, offered a chance to see locals walking their dogs and travelers enjoying the adventure. As an ancient volcano in Holyrood Park, it’s been standing for over 300 million years, adding a fascinating historical and geological dimension. The panoramic views from the top are simply breathtaking, stretching across the city and beyond. Blending nature, history, and stunning scenery, the climb was both invigorating and unforgettable, a must-do experience for anyone visiting Edinburgh.
