Rating - 5/5 Great place to view two Historical landmark - Dunbar Castle and Dunbar Battery. Some short history is that the Castle was once one of the strongest fortresses in Scotland and the Battery was built after a ship had attempted to raid the harbour. It was extremely sunny on the day when my friends and I went, so the view was extremely beautiful, and it is a nice place to walk around and there are a few places to sit and enjoy the view. It is a good location for photography as well. Traveling to Dunbar is convenient because you can alight in Dunbar station and take a half-day or full-day tour to explore the city by yourself or with friends.
