Nestled in the heart of Dubai Marina with unparalleled views across the waterfront, InterContinental Dubai Marina is a great place to stay. Upon arrival, Gracie, who works at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and helped me join the IHG members club, which came with a 25% discount on meals in the hotel restaurant. The concierge desk also provided excellent customer service. They ensured all the luggage was well handled during check-in and check-out. I also had a minor accident in my hotel room, where I dropped a cologne on one of the glass-covered tables, and the whole glass on the table broke. The hotel staff prioritised safety and moved me into a new room with a fantastic view without paying extra costs. The hotel is also conveniently located. Many good restaurants, Spas, and spots like HeliDubai, SkyDiveDubai and Yacht rental places are within a 15-minute taxi ride. To get downtown, you need about 30 minutes or so, which is still great, and there are always taxis at the front door, making moving around easier.
