Pha Cho @ Mae Wang National Park

Another natural tourist attraction, Pha Cho, Thailand's Grand Canyon Pha Cho is located in Mae Wang National Park, Doi Lor District, Chiang Mai Province. It is considered one of the amazing geological phenomena in our country, similar to Phae Mueang Phi (Phrae), Khok Suea-Sao Din Na Noi (Nan), and Lalu (Sa Kaeo), etc., which was formed from sediments accumulated on the edges of the basin and foothills of the Thanon Thong Chai Klang mountain range since the late Tertiary period (about 5 million years ago). It is assumed that this area used to be a river flow route. Later, when the geomorphology changed, this area was pushed up and became a hilly and steep area. Currently, Mae Wang National Park has created a Pha Cho nature study trail approximately 900 meters long, with 10 stations of interpretive signs for study. I must say that this is another station that I would like to recommend to my friends to experience.
