As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt the warm atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff. The check-in process was very quick, and the front desk staff was very skilled, taking less than 10 minutes. I booked a standard room on the 10th floor with a wide view and a beautiful view of the city at night through the window. Room Experience The first impression of the room was spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were extremely soft, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a full set of toiletries, and the shower pressure and temperature were just right. In addition, there was a hairdryer and plenty of towels, which showed the hotel's attention to detail. Hotel Facilities and Services The hotel's fitness center was well-equipped, which was a good choice for guests who needed to maintain their exercise habits. Due to time constraints, I was unable to try the hotel's dining services, but according to other guests, the hotel's breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel was well located, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and the transportation was very convenient, with bus stops and subway stations within walking distance, making it easy for visitors to explore other areas of Detroit. Conclusion Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton Novi Detroit provided a comfortable accommodation environment, convenient location, and attentive service, which added a lot of convenience and pleasure to my trip.
