Visiting Moganshan for a weekend stroll with the kids, I stumbled upon a pearl museum where you can experience the fun of 'pearl harvesting' with your children. To my surprise, my very first pearl necklace was made from natural freshwater pearls that my child dug out by hand, making it incredibly meaningful! We chose a clam with multiple pearls and harvested about 20. We picked the most beautiful pinkish-purple round pearl and had the lady on site make it into a necklace for us. This is surely going to be a favorite activity for all moms. At the entrance of the museum, there is a pearl treasure ship that holds the Guinness World Record, adorned with pearls and exquisitely luxurious. Inside, there are the twelve zodiac signs inlaid with pearls, where you can find and take a photo with your zodiac sign. Here, children can not only learn about the origins and mining process of pearls but also experience the historical culture and connotations of pearls, and even try their hand at pearl harvesting, which is fun without tiring out mom. The entire museum has a great environment, it's quite niche with not many people, making the visiting experience very comfortable. The tour guide's explanations and the pearl harvesting service are also fantastic!
