Detian Transnational Waterfall Scenic Area

Detian Transnational Waterfall Scenic Area is located in Detian Village, Shuolong Town, Daxin County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. It is located on the upper reaches of the Guichun River on the China-Vietnam border, and is also known as the "Detian Transnational Waterfall". This waterfall is the largest transnational waterfall in Asia and the fourth largest in the world. It is also a 5A-level tourist attraction. The Detian Transnational Waterfall Scenic Area covers an area of about 5.75 square kilometers and spans China and Vietnam, forming China's Detian Waterfall and Vietnam's Ban Gioc Waterfall. The waterfall is about 200 meters wide, 60 meters deep, with a drop of 70 meters, and an average annual flow of about 55.2 cubic meters per second, about three times that of the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou. It is known as a "natural oxygen bar". The scenic area combines natural and cultural landscapes, including the Shili Guichun Boundary River, Green Island Clouds, Transnational Market, Boundary River Rafting, No. 53 Boundary Monument, Battery Hill, Jungle Walkway, Detian Temple Square, Climb to See "Vietnam", Flying Carpet, Cliff Glass Walkway, High-altitude Slide, China-Vietnam Cross-border Street, etc. In addition, the Detian Transnational Waterfall Scenic Area has also launched Asia's first immersive transnational night banquet "Wonderful Night Detian" project, enriching the tourism experience. The Detian Transnational Waterfall Scenic Area is known as the Hundred Mile Landscape Gallery on the China-Vietnam border for its unique karst landforms and natural landscape. The waterfall scenic area is not only a popular tourist destination, but also the location for many film and television dramas, such as "The Journey of Flower", "Wine is the Homeland", "The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl", etc. The best time to visit the Detian Transnational Waterfall is from June to November each year, when the water volume is large and the water quality is clear, making it the best time to enjoy the waterfall. The ticket price for the waterfall is 80 yuan per adult, 40 yuan per child with a height of 1.2 meters to 1.5 meters (including 1.5 meters), and free for children under 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters); the ticket price for local tourists in Daxin is 10 yuan.
