This is Danuri Aquarium in Danyang-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do.

This is the Danuri Aquarium in Danyang-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. There are freshwater fish that are disappearing from our beautiful rivers and must be protected. Fish species and habitats that have high academic and ornamental value and are protected and preserved by law are called natural monuments. According to the Cultural Heritage Protection Act, damaging acts such as collecting, breeding, and selling are restricted. Currently, four species of freshwater fish and five habitats are designated as natural monuments. What are endangered wild animals? This refers to wild animals whose population has decreased or whose population is reduced to a small number due to natural or artificial threats. In order to protect endangered wild animals institutionally, endangered species are designated by law and protected and managed by dividing them into Endangered Wild Animals Class I and Endangered Wild Animals Class II. This river originates from Geomryongso (800m) between Daedeoksan and Hambaeksan in Taebaek, Gangwon-do, and flows through Danyang, Jecheon, and Chungju in Chungcheongbuk-do and Yeoju in Gyeonggi-do, and flows into the Han River and the West Sea. The Namhangang River flowing through Danyang is 51.3km long from Osa-ri, Yeongchun-myeon to Janghoe-ri, Danseong-myeon, and has five valleys, including Namcheon Valley and Seonam Valley, which originate from Sobaeksan Mountain and Wolaksan Mountain, as well as the eight scenic views of Danyang, including Dodamsambong. The Namhangang River in Danyang is a treasure trove of freshwater fish, with about 60 species of fish living in the valley, river, and freshwater areas, and among them, the representative fish species of Danyang is the Sogari. In Bokhan, there are the Amnok River (803.3km), Duman River (547.8km), and Daedong River (450.3km), which are over 400km long. These rivers flow along steep terrains, such as high mountain ranges and plateaus, so the water flow is fast and the amount of water is abundant. It is known that about 107 species of fish, including carp, trout, and silver carp, live in the Amnok River, and about 40 species of fish, including trout, salmon, and trout, live in the Duman River. #Domestic travel #Travel plan #February travel subsidy event
