Kuching 2 Days Itinerary (Visit to the City near the Waters)

📌Itinerary Overview Day 1: Kuching Waterfront Sightseeing - Went to visit the Kuching Waterfront. It was a 15 minute walk from our Airbnb but very comforting and healing to sightsee the city. - Good spot for photos and healing time. - Preferably going during the night because the view and lights were amazing. - Went grocery shopping at The Hills because it was near our Airbnb. Day 2: Food and Kek Lapis Hunting - Went to eat at Lau Ya Keng Foodcourt. Various food choice and super delicious. - After eating, went kek lapis shopping near the Kuching Waterfront. Kek Lapis Mama Su is one of the famous shops selling various delicious kek lapis. A bit pricey but worth it. - Also went to other kek lapis shops that were near the area. Lots of kek lapis booth selling affordable but also delicious kek lapis. - Recommend to try out the outside booths. Vendors were super nice and friendly. - Went shopping for souvenirs and gifts near the Kuching Waterfront. Lots of shops and various items to choose from. 🛏️Accomodations - Recommend to rent out an Airbnb because it had all the necessities such as kitchen, laundary machine as well as spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. 🚙Mode of transport - Most of our visits and sightseeing were walking distance. Walking was very therapeutic and the weather was perfect for a bit of a stroll in the city. - Grab is also available if you prefer going by car. - Renting a car is also a good choice if you want to have more control on your visits and for easier transport. #travel #kuchingcity #familytravel
