【Shaanxi Danfeng County ~ Danjiang First Drift】

⛰【Attractions Guide】 The world-famous Danjiang First Drift is located in Danfeng County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. The Danjiang Drift is just north of our county's famous historical site - the Ship Guild Hall, close to the Venice Hotel. The Danjiang Drift Scenic Area, known as the "China Drift Resort", the Danjiang First Drift is well known to later generations because of Xu Xiake's landing. The Danjiang Drift Scenic Area has a total area of 60 square kilometers and a total drift length of about 40 kilometers. The area has both the ruggedness of the north and the charm of the south. The drift line is full of green mountains and turbulent waves, with high mountains and clear waters, beautiful scenery, no severe cold in winter, and no extreme heat in summer. The scenic area has a long history and profound humanities. Tang Dynasty poets Li Bai and Liu Yuxi, and Ming Dynasty famous traveler Xu Xiake have all rowed on the Danjiang and left "the raging river sends the boat, the dense peaches and plums on both sides, the light is about to dance and other timeless verses, praising the spectacular Danjiang Drift.
