🌁Decoration Style: Minimalist Wabi-Sabi style, with very few decorations, but it feels artistic when you are in it. The color tone is warm, and the lighting is soft. 🏘️Room Type/Layout: This homestay is a standalone villa with three floors and only six rooms, but the public space is very large. Four of the rooms have balconies or terraces, which is rare in the northeast. 🎠Activities: The homestay has a dedicated children's play area with Lego, small tents, and slides. There are hot spring pools and saunas available for reservation. Some rooms have private pools or oversized bathtubs. The audio-visual room is large with high-end equipment, featuring both KTV and cinema functions. 🍽️Dining Features: The homestay does not currently provide meals, but it has two restaurants. Ordering takeout is very convenient, or you can dine at the restaurants at the entrance of the community. During the peak tourist season, compared to other hotels, this homestay is very cost-effective. You get the environment of a private villa at the price of a budget hotel. 💗Other Tips: The homestay is very close to Discovery Kingdom, adjacent to Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, and about a 20-minute walk to the Golden Coast of Jinshitan.
