Dali's Ultimate Atmosphere Homestay Was Totally Worth It

Finally got the chance to stay in Dali for a few days and just relax. This homestay was recommended by a friend, and I’ve always wanted to experience it. 📍The location of this homestay is perfect—right at the entrance of Lixiangbang Scenic Area, with plenty of food, snacks, and convenience stores nearby. The entire decor follows the popular wabi-sabi style of recent years—clean, simple, yet sophisticated. The materials highlight natural textures, making it visually very comfortable. The whole house is equipped with smart controls, which really adds to the comfort. Just wake up "Xiaodu" and you can easily control everything. As a Virgo, cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me. From toiletries to bedding cleanliness and even toilet details, everything was excellent. Big thumbs up to the cleaning staff 👍 The stay experience was top-notch. The room even has its own balcony. In the evening, feeling the breeze and the peaceful quiet of the night, I completely relaxed. The homestay manager’s service was impeccable—any issues were handled and responded to promptly. They even helped carry luggage 🧳 upstairs and provided a private car transfer to the entrance. The whole day was easy and comfortable, perfect for checking in and taking photos. I love traveling, but I love every place that feels like home even more. Ladies, go for it with confidence❗️

Dali Ancient City

Ready to soak up some stunning scenery and laid-back vibes in Dali? 🍞🌇 My trip was all about epic rooftop sunsets over the Dali Ancient City, delicious street eats, and those classic Yunnan skylines. If Chinese architecture and golden hour landscapes get you hyped, keep reading! Top Spots to Visit — Dali Ancient City Guide: 1. Dali Ancient City (No. 42, Yita Road, Gucheng District, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture) This entire area is an open-air museum of classic Chinese architecture and vibrant lifestyle. Wander the alleys for Insta-worthy rooftops and angled sunset shots. The city is open all hours, so time your strolls for either sunrise or sundown for magical views. 2. Rooftop Hangouts: Find a café or guesthouse rooftop just before dusk. Locals and travelers all love these spots for a chill sunset scene over tiled roofs and distant mountains. Foodie Tips: The Dali old town is packed with bakeries — grab some fresh bread or sample the grilled meats from street vendors. Don’t skip local flower cakes for a sweet treat. The food here is seriously underrated, so snack while you walk! How to Get Around: Skip taxis — rent an e-bike! The old town area is super walkable, and e-bikes make it easy to zip between hidden corners without missing sunset. All main spots are clustered, so there’s zero fuss with maps. Extra Tips: Cash is handy but Alipay/WeChat Pay are also widely accepted. Weather’s best in spring and fall (think sunny, mild afternoons and cool evenings). No visa hassle for most major nationalities—just check trip.com for entry requirements. #DaliVibes #YunnanSunset #ChinaTravel Guide #RooftopViews #TripDotCom #naturalwonders #happyhalloween

Dali’s Enchanting Cloudscape Roadtrip 🌫️🌾🌺 Get ready for a visual feast in Dali! This route strings together rain-kissed wetlands, dreamy meadows, and classic Chinese architecture under dramatic clouds—perfect for nature lovers and photographers alike. Start early at Shuanglang, a lakeside village famed for Bai cultural buildings. Stroll along the alleys, snap close-ups of ceramic rooftops and capture moody shots of the lake framed by mist. Next, head to the Erhai Ecological Corridor (Panxi Service Station) for serene riverside views and stretches of emerald grassland. Spend time at Erhai Wetland Park for wide landscapes dotted with dew-heavy flowers—bring a waterproof jacket, as showers are common. For an Insta-worthy moment, stop at the Panxi S Bay Wheat Field Photo Spot: rolling yellow-green fields against dramatic mountain backdrops make for unforgettable portraits. Must-Dos: - Explore Shuanglang’s old town, sampling local snacks and relaxing by the water. - Walk or bike along the Erhai Ecological Corridor, stopping at quiet viewpoints and wooden boardwalks. - Search for unique wildflowers in Erhai Wetland Park; sunrise or post-rain times are magical. - Photograph the wheat fields—look for low angles and the interplay of mist and color. Tips: - Weather is changeable. Layers and rain gear are a must. - Cloudy days deliver softer light and fewer crowds—embrace the mood! - Walking paths can get muddy during rain. Erhai Lake

✨ Wandering Through Dali, Yunnan ☁️ ✨ Yunnan has always been on my travel wish list, and this time I finally made it to Dali — a dreamlike town surrounded by mountains and the sparkling Erhai Lake 🌊⛰️. Every corner here feels like it’s been kissed by the wind and painted by sunlight 🎨☀️. 🚙💨 Our first stop was the Jeep Flower Field 🌸🌼 — a sea of colorful blooms stretching endlessly, with classic Jeeps parked for that perfect “wanderlust” photo moment 📸✨. Standing among the flowers, I could feel the peace and freedom that only nature can give . Next, we visited the Santorini-style spot 💙🏛️ — pure white buildings with blue domes overlooking Erhai Lake. For a second, I almost forgot I was in China and felt like I was in Greece 🇬🇷💭. The breeze from the lake carried the scent of sunshine and freedom. Then came the Lovers’ Bridge 🌉💞 — a romantic spot said to bring good luck in love. Even the air here feels softer and sweeter 🕊️💕. Maybe wishes really do travel across the bridge to the sky ✨. Of course, no trip to Dali is complete without exploring the Ancient Town 🏮⛩️ — cobblestone streets, vintage teahouses, and local crafts everywhere. I sipped rose tea 🌹🍵, listened to street musicians 🎶, and watched time slow down. And finally, standing by Erhai Lake at sunset 🌅, watching the colors melt into the horizon, I felt completely at peace. The reflection of the mountains, the sound of waves, and the cool breeze reminded me — sometimes, happiness is just being here, now 💫💖. 🌈✨ Dali, you’ve captured my heart — I’ll be back again someday 💌 #Dali #Yunnan #TravelDiaries #ErhaiLake #Wanderlust #SlowLife #TravelMoments 🌸🌊💙
