Ginkgo season | Ginkgo trees in Dali Ancient City have turned yellow

Fall and winter are the seasons for ginkgo trees, and the ginkgo trees in Dali Ancient City have turned yellow. 🍂 About 70% to 80% of the ginkgo trees in Dali Ancient City have turned yellow, and the trees near Cangshan Gate are almost completely yellow! Viewing spots Yuer Road: The best place to admire ginkgo trees in Dali. The road stretches from Cangshan Gate to Dali Road, and the section from Cangshan Gate to Fuxing Road is lined with tall, beautiful ginkgo trees, making it a popular spot for travel photos.  Other spots: Sanwenbi Village next to the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and the 300-year-old ginkgo tree in Fengyu Ancient Town in Eryuan are also great places to admire ginkgo trees. Viewing time: From mid-November to mid-December every year, the ginkgo leaves gradually turn yellow, entering the best viewing period. Photography tips Time: It is recommended to take photos from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning or from 3:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon, when the light is best. Angle: Near Cangshan Gate, you can take photos on the south side of the road, where the sunlight creates a warm tone; you can also take photos from outside the west gate to capture the whole road of ginkgo trees, creating a sense of depth; in the middle of Yuer Road, you can take symmetrical photos of Cangshan snow, the ancient city gate, and ginkgo trees. 📍Yuer Road, Dali Ancient City Navigate to Cangshan Gate, and you'll find ginkgo trees along the whole Yuer Road. 💛 The closer you get to Cangshan Gate, the more yellow the ginkgo trees are.
