Mediterranean cuisine in Andalucia, Spain: Taberna Lugue

When visiting the small town of #Cordoba in southern Spain, you can't miss the mosque-like cathedral, Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba, with its domed arcades and red and white color scheme, which is very Middle Eastern and Arabic. After visiting Cordoba Cathedral, you must try the special cuisine of #Andalusia. “Taberna Lugue” is just a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and is perfect for a summer meal. The shop serves authentic Mediterranean cuisine, which consists of meat, fish, tapas, and red and white wine to go with the meals. The old chef greets the guests warmly, making people feel the warmth and sunshine of southern Spain. We ordered the pan-fried fillet steak and the pan-fried lamb chops. The fillet steak was medium-rare, the pink meat was tender and juicy, and it tasted great with a sprinkle of sea salt. The lamb chops were also pan-fried to be tender and without any odor. I have to praise the side dishes. The simple wax gourd and mushrooms were fried so deliciously! Southern Spain is truly charming and different from Barcelona or Madrid.
