Guadalupe Brewing Company

The Guadalupe Brewing Company is currently one of the tourist attractions at the forefront of New Braunfels. The craft scene within the city and in all of Central Texas has been booming, and this family-owned company provides lots of fun flavors and delicious, balanced, full-bodied craft beer using ingredients sourced locally. The Guadalupe Brewing Company was founded in 2011 by Kieth and Anna Kilker. They make use of a unique ingredient – a kind of Marion red wheat, and a type of honey harvested from and by a local community of Amish folk. More unique flavors include S’more Bitter Stout with Marshmallow and Chocolate Pecan Stout, though many other flavors are more generic though extremely drinkable. The reputation of the Guadalupe Brewing Company’s beer speaks for itself, distributing its wares throughout the state and focusing on creating high-quality beers.
