Emerald lake

#WinterTravel We came here in late October. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that the toilets are terrible! Parking😶🌫️🫣🤣 can be hard to find as well. We walked around the lake and there were a lot of “mini-narrations” along the way telling the history of the lake and the avalanches. The road around the lake is pretty flat but there are some challenging parts with tree roots above the ground. The lake😀 is about 5 kilometers long and the mud is quite heavy so be prepared with good shoes.
