This trip to Chongqing mainly revolves around Hongya Cave, Liberation Monument and along the river. At the same time, I hope that every night back to the hotel does not need to take a car, lying on the window sill to see the night view of Jialing River. FunGee Joyful River View Hotel is definitely one of the location control, photo control must choose, because it really goes out of the door to Hong Ya Cave, nearby dining and night views are very convenient, making the trip immediately become very chill. Locationally, FunGee Hotel is located on Binjiang Road, adjacent to Goldman Sachs Wealth Creation Center, and only a few minutes walk to Hongya Cave and Liberation Monument. The hotel floor is high enough to have a panoramic view of the Jialing River outside the window. At night, the lights are on, the river and the city are in harmony, and you really don't want to leave at first sight. In terms of transportation, there is a taxi and a subway station right outside the hotel. There are also many literary and artistic coffee shops and old hotpot shops in the surrounding area. If you want to learn more about Chongqing culture, you can find many historical elements of the old city if you walk around. In terms of rooms, the most commendable thing is that it uses intelligent voice control, turning on and off the lights and curtains without having to manually, as well as free drinks and a small refrigerator, which is very courteous. The hotel features popcorn and ice cream. It's fun to have a good meal when you return. Laundry and drying services are free, which is super convenient for long trips or family guests. If you are particularly focused on soundproofing, you can ask the front desk ahead of time, and the hotel also has options for enhanced soundproofing. In terms of room specifications, when choosing a room, pay attention to the consistency of the physical and promotional listed facilities to avoid misunderstandings. Hotels will be more crowded on weekends or holidays, so early booking is recommended. Usually stay in peak season, to budget a little more expensive than the city center hotel, but the advantage is the environment is excellent, the foothold is more beautiful scenery, the whole experience is the safest choice for Chongqing to take pictures. If you're looking to experience Chongqing's most magical realism, this itinerary is a must! Staying at the FunGee Riverview Hotel, located next to Hongyadong Cave and boasting stunning river views, this itinerary combines the city's nightscape with its spectacular transportation. From the hotel, you'll be just a few steps from the bustling Jiefangbei Monument, and then just around the corner for a breathtaking journey to the Liziba Monorail viewing platform. This itinerary's key takeaway is its convenient transportation and incredibly comfortable hotels. If you're looking for viral photos or to experience Chongqing's nightlife, this is the perfect choice! Recommended Attractions: 1. Liziba Monorail Observation Deck Address: No. 62, Liziba Main Street, Yuzhong District, Chongqing Opening Hours: 6:30 AM - 11:00 PM year-round This area is known as Chongqing's "magical calling card." The subway and light rail line passes directly through the center of the residential building. Every time a train arrives, countless tourists snap photos with their cameras, making it a must-see for anyone wanting to check in to Chongqing. Visiting in the morning or evening is recommended to avoid the crowds. Transportation from Hongyadong and Jiefangbei is convenient. Take the subway directly to Liziba Station, and the observation deck is a short walk away. It's very user-friendly. There's an official photo booth and giant photo frame on site. For photography enthusiasts, don't forget to bring your flash or ultra-wide-angle lens! 2. FunGee Riverview Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street Branch) Address: 21F, Building C, Goldman Sachs Chuangfu Center, 113 Binjiang Road This riverview hotel is highly recommended! Upon arrival, you can enjoy the night view of the Jialing River. The twinkling lights outside the window are truly relaxing. The hotel's amenities are incredibly smart, with voice control, complimentary drinks, a mini-fridge, and thoughtful snacks like popcorn, ice cream, and nighttime porridge. You won't want to leave! The staff is also very attentive and responsive to any questions. The hotel is right next to Hongya Cave, so you can take photos of the cave's nightscape from the doorstep. Downstairs, you'll find a pedestrian street offering a wide range of dining, entertainment, and fun activities. Breakfast is open until 1 PM, so you don't have to worry about staying in. The freshly cooked Chongqing noodles are a must-try. The only caveat is that some guests have reported the soundproofing is average, but if you're mainly looking to explore and only consider the hotel a place to sleep, it won't be a problem at all. Practical tips for your trip (based on my personal experience): - From Hongya Cave to Liziba, I recommend taking the subway. Chongqing's transportation is so convenient these days that you rarely have to worry about getting lost. - The hotel allows for late breakfast, so you can sleep in naturally. Free laundry and drying services are also available, making it very convenient for extended stays. - Comfortable shoes are essential, as Hongyadong and the surrounding pedestrian streets require some leg strength. Remember to bring a sunshade, as Chongqing can experience occasional sudden rain. - If noise insulation is a concern during your stay, please contact the front desk in advance to adjust your room type. - For photos of the Liziba Monorail crossing the building, it's recommended to plan your route well in advance, as the subway arrives at the station to capture the perfect "subway crossing" moment! Transportation & Food Recommendations: - Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street near Hongyadong offers a variety of delicious food. We recommend trying traditional hot pot, Chongqing noodles, and hot and sour noodles. - Walk from the hotel to the Liziba Light Rail, or take Metro Line 2 for a quicker arrival. When you think of Chongqing, what comes to mind first? Perhaps the sizzling Chongqing noodles or the dazzling Hongya Cave at night? This time, I'm focusing on the Jiefangbei area, staying at the FunGee Riverview Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street). Enjoy the river views, check out the popular night scenes, and discover the must-see spots for Jiefangbei night photography and food lovers. It's definitely the most relaxing way to spend the day in Chongqing! 🌃 🌟Trip Highlights FunGee Riverview Hotel is located on the banks of the Jialing River, within walking distance of Hongyadong and Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The hotel windows offer a breathtaking view of the river at night, and the rooms are fully equipped with smart devices. Ice cream and night porridge are also provided free of charge! As a travel photographer and foodie, this is my dream hotel. Watch the sunset during the day, photograph the night view all night long, and then just a short walk away, try all the authentic Chongqing cuisine! 📷Night Photography Tips 1. Kuixing Tower on the 22nd floor of the hotel is the best vantage point for photographing Hongya Cave and the Jialing River. We recommend arriving around 6-7 PM during dusk, securing a good spot and waiting for the city to gradually light up. The nightscape is magical, with the city lights blending with the river's reflections, creating a cinematic experience no matter how you take your photos! 2. For photography, we recommend using a long-exposure lens and a wide-angle lens. Even a phone tripod can easily produce photos. Don't forget to clean your lens; you can use the cleaning tissues provided in your hotel room. 3. After photographing Hongyadong, walk toward the pedestrian street to capture the vibrant lights of Jiefangbei and the bustling city at night. When capturing the cultural atmosphere, consider taking advantage of the movement of passersby to imbue your photos with a sense of life. 🍲Foodie Tips Living near Jiefangbei is a true foodie paradise. The hotel already provides Chongqing noodles for breakfast (I highly recommend trying them; they're spicy, fragrant, and chewy), but there's much more nearby to try: - Hongyadong Snack Street: Enjoy authentic skewers, tofu pudding, and Chongqing hot and sour noodles, perfect for a satisfying evening. - Jiefangbei Food Street: Lao Ma Won Shou, Lard Rice, Hot and Sour Noodles, Chen Ma Hua (Fried Duck Neck)—all authentic street food! - Jiujie Duck Neck: Perfect for a late-night snack, right near the hotel, enjoy a leisurely meal and conversation. 🏨Must-See Hotel Experience FunGee Riverview Hotel (21st Floor, Building C, Goldman Sachs Chuangfu Center, 113 Binjiang Road) features smart amenities, voice-controlled lighting and air conditioning, and a complimentary mini-fridge. Rooms overlook the Jialing River and the city's vibrant neon lights, creating a truly atmospheric atmosphere. The complimentary nighttime porridge, popcorn, and ice cream are a nice touch, and you can enjoy free laundry and drying services during your stay, perfect for long-distance travelers. Breakfast is open until 1 PM, so you can sleep in without missing out on the noodles—a great option for late risers like me. Tip: If you're sensitive to soundproofing, request a quiet room on a higher floor at the front desk. Also, check the room specifications before check-in to avoid disappointment from the promotional photos. Getting There The hotel is located right on Binjiang Road, within walking distance of Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, and the subway station. A taxi from the airport takes about 40 minutes. Metro Lines 3 and 1 provide convenient access to most of the city's attractions, making it a great choice for independent travelers. Food Recommendations: Be sure to try the Chongqing noodles for breakfast; in the evening, enjoy a bowl of tofu pudding and chuanchuanxiang at Hongyadong Snack Street. For a late-night snack, don't miss Jiujie Duck Neck, a great value and local flavor. #JiefangbeiNightView #ChongqingFoodGuide #HongyadongCheck-In #RiverviewHotel #TravelPhotographyShare

For this trip to Chongqing, I specially chose FunGee Joyful River View Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street Branch) as base camp because it really is an unbeatable location! The hotel is on the edge of the Jialing River, at night the window view out, the whole Chongqing most beautiful modern night view at a glance, plus downstairs is Hongya Cave, Liberation Monument, Kuixing Building, walk to weak legs can still go back to the hotel to chill for a while and go out to play! The CP value here is extremely high, perfect for those who like to take night scenes, walk along the river, and find authentic supper. The biggest selling point of the hotel must be its location! The address is 21st floor, Building C, Goldman Sachs Creative Wealth Center, 113 Binjiang Road. Walk two steps to Hongya Cave. There is also a subway nearby, so it is super convenient to go shopping and find delicious food at Liberation Monument. You don't have to travel long distances by car. As soon as you get off the building, you can immediately immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Chongqing day and night. In terms of rooms, the whole hotel takes the intelligent route, voice control to turn on and off the lights, air conditioning, curtains is not difficult. There are also free drinks and a small freezer, the most courteous is free popcorn, ice cream at night, and warm good night porridge before bed. Staying with travel companions or children is courteous enough, taking pictures and resting for a while without fear of getting hungry. In addition, the hotel has free laundry and drying service, morning breakfast is served until 1pm, sleep or come back at night to eat a bowl of Chongqing noodles super good. Although some travelers suggest that soundproofing and room cleaning should be strengthened, the overall hygiene and service standards are stable and responsive, truly making guests first. The best is the 21st and 22nd floors looking out is the Jialing River and Chongqing city line, the night lights waterfall feel very shocking, completely can go downstairs to play back up to hea back before going out, the rhythm of life chill and convenient. There are several photo spots nearby, such as the stilt building in Hongya Cave, the Liberation Monument Shopping Street, and the Chaotianmen Pier, which are the epitome of Chongqing's history and culture. Especially at night photography, both portraits and distant views are super feel. If you are interested in history, you might as well know more: Yuzhong District, as the most representative heart of Chongqing's old city, history can be traced back to the Warring States period, now integrated into the skyscraper cityscape and several rivers intersection photo points, future development potential and fashion taste, worthy of in-depth exploration. Tips: It is recommended to choose a high-rise river view room when booking a hotel. Remember to bring a jacket when you go out. The wind by the river is quite strong at night. Also, Chongqing traffic ups and downs, using the subway will be more convenient, but the nearby are full of popular spots, walking has covered 80% of the attractions. #Chongqing Hotel Recommendation #Hongya Cave Accommodation #Jialing River Night View #Yuzhong District Tourism #Smart Hotel Experience #Chongqing Photo Spot

This trip covers the vibrant metropolis of Chongqing and a breathtaking route all the way to the golden sunrises over Sichuan’s majestic mountains. If you want a journey that combines the energy of city life with the spiritual tranquility of highland landscapes, pick a hotel with unbeatable location and comfort to kick off your adventure. Located right by Chongqing’s iconic Hongya Cave and the Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street, FunGee欢致江景酒店 is a game-changer for city explorers. The address is滨江路113號高盛創富中心c棟21樓, perched high so you can enjoy sweeping views of Jialing River. What really stands out is its “home away from home” experience—smart rooms let you control everything hands-free (lighting, air con, even entertainment via voice). Each evening you’re treated to complimentary snacks: popcorn, ice cream, and a cozy late-night bowl of congee. Breakfast is a highlight—served till 1pm, and Chongqing noodles are a must-try. It’s perfect for family trips, couples, and solo travelers. The environment is quiet and clean, and the view at night is spectacular with the city lights sparkling across the river. Walk out the door and you’re seconds from major spots—22nd floor connects directly to the famous Kuixing Tower, while bustling Jiefangbei is just a 5-minute walk. Even if you plan to venture farther, airport transfers and direct transport to railway stations make logistics simple. A few real travel tips: The walls can be a bit thin, so bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Double-check your room type and specifications at check-in to avoid confusion. The laundry service is free (great for long journeys), and staff are always happy to help or offer travel advice. Once you’ve savored Chongqing’s flavors (don’t miss the fiery hot pot!), head onward to Sichuan’s highlands. From here, you can take a high-speed rail or join a self-drive/adventure tour towards Western Sichuan. Top stops include Tagong Grassland, Danba Tibetan villages, and of course, sunrise at Mount Siguniang, where the peaks glow gold in the morning. Along the way, pack layers—the mountain climate can shift suddenly, and local snacks like yak butter tea are both hearty and unique. For booking, be sure to use platforms that guarantee room specifications and user reviews—this hotel’s popularity means rooms sell out early, so reserve at least a month before, especially near holidays. Chongqing’s city center is busy: keep an eye on your belongings in crowded areas, and always check transportation schedules ahead of time. For Sichuan, prep essentials: sunscreen, rain gear, altitude meds if needed—and definitely a good camera for golden mountain photos. #Chongqing #CityViewHotel #SichuanHighland #TravelTips #GoldenMountain #SmartStay

If you’re planning a trip that links the vibrant metropolis of Chongqing, the cultural heart of Chengdu, and the stunning views of Siguniang Mountain, here’s an itinerary I recently tried that’s perfect for city explorers and nature lovers alike. Plus, I really have to recommend my stay at FunGee Hotel Chongqing (洪崖洞解放碑步行街店) for anyone starting their journey in this unique Chinese city — especially if you want excellent service, a prime location, and a slice of local atmosphere. FunGee Hotel sits on the 21st floor of Gaosheng Chuangfu Center (Bingjiang Rd 113, C Block), right beside the famous Hongya Cave and a few minutes’ walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. It’s honestly a dream spot for exploring Chongqing’s top sights! You just walk out and you’re surrounded by city lights, river views, and all sorts of buzzing local life. The 22nd floor even connects directly to Kuaixing Tower, one of those must-see city scenes. Forget taxis — you can walk to most places, and there’s easy access to metros and buses, making it super simple to get around. The room was impressively smart tech — voice-controlled lights and amenities, plus complimentary drinks, popcorn, and ice cream… even a little free midnight porridge, which hit the spot after a long day out. If you’re worried about running out of clean clothes, no stress: there’s free laundry and drying service. Breakfast is surprisingly good too, with lots of choices, and local specialties like fresh-cooked Chongqing noodles available til 1pm — perfect for jet lag or late risers. Insider tip: Book a room facing the Jialing River. The night view is absolutely stunning and gives you a peaceful escape from the busy city. The staff were always ready to help, genuinely warm and quick to respond. Hygiene was solid throughout, though I’d recommend checking room specs when you book — some guests said there were small gaps between the advertised and actual room layouts, and the soundproofing could be improved, but I personally wasn’t disturbed. For families or couples, the environment is cozy, safe, and the location can’t be beaten for sightseeing or nightlife. Once you’ve soaked up enough of Chongqing, it’s super easy to move on to Chengdu — you can take a fast train in around 2 hours, tickets available online or at the station. Chengdu is more relaxed, with iconic attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and the adorable panda research base. From there, Siguniang Mountain is a few hours by car or coach, offering breathtaking alpine views and a chance to stretch your legs after all the city action. If you’re booking hotels in Chongqing, I recommend looking for ones with easy metro/bus access, river scenery, and smart amenities (especially free snacks and laundry, which help on multi-city trips). If you travel in peak season, it’s best to reserve a room early at popular spots near Hongya Cave or Jiefangbei so you don’t miss out. Travel light — mountain destinations like Siguniang can be cold, and packing layers will he

If you’re planning a trip from the bustling metropolis of Chongqing to the breathtaking landscapes of Four Girls Mountain (四姑娘山), here are some practical tips and a real hotel recommendation that will make your journey smooth and memorable. My journey started in Chongqing, a city that never sleeps, full of neon lights, spicy hotpot, and buzzing night markets. For the stay, I chose FunGee HuanZhi River View Hotel (洪崖洞解放碑步行街店), located at 21/F, Building C, Gaosheng Fortune Center, 113 Binjiang Road. What’s absolutely unbeatable about this hotel is its location — right beside the super-famous Hongyadong and just minutes by foot to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. From your window, Chongqing’s iconic riverside night view stretches out, with the shimmering lights of Jialing River making the evening spectacular. A few things I found truly helpful staying there before heading for the natural wonders at Four Girls Mountain: - The hotel’s location is extremely convenient for city sightseeing, and public transport here is simple and accessible. The 22nd floor even connects to the lesser-known Kui Xing Pavilion for an easy photo spot, and all the main city attractions are within walking distance. - If you’re traveling with family or your partner, the rooms are comfy and surprisingly quiet despite being right in the heart of the city—the floor-to-ceiling windows really let you soak in the view before heading out. - All rooms are smart-equipped, so turning on lights or adjusting temperature is voice-controlled. Plus, complimentary drinks, mini-fridge, popcorn, ice cream, and a “Goodnight Porridge” in the evening give you that extra care you might need before a long trip. - Free laundry and fast breakfast until 1pm (where the freshly made Chongqing xiaomian is a must-try!) hugely helped, especially when packing for the mountains and needing clean gear. - Staff are proactive and genuinely friendly, and if there’s ever a need for extra cleaning or support, they address it swiftly. A couple of tips to make your journey easier: 1. Take advantage of the laundry service — Four Girls Mountain is alpine, so you’ll want warm and fresh clothes. 2. Grab breakfast early if you plan to leave for Four Girls Mountain the same morning; the hotel’s location makes it easy to catch an early train or shuttle. Taxi and ride-share apps work well in Chongqing. 3. If you’re sensitive to noise, request a room away from the elevators and bring ear plugs (a handful of guests mentioned mild sound leakage). 4. Use the 22/F shortcut to the adjacent pavilion for stress-free access to local photos and quick walks — it's like a hidden backdoor to Chongqing’s best panoramas. 5. Most importantly, pack some snacks from the hotel’s complimentary offers for the road — getting to Four Girls Mountain requires a few hours, so these make your journey much smoother. After enjoying the lively atmosphere and delicious food in Chongqing, hopping on a bus or hired car to Four Girls Mountain (about 5–6 hou

This trip to Chongqing is mainly about exploring the human story of the old city. I chose FunGee Joyful River View Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street Store) as a stop. Choosing this place is actually very simple: the location is super beautiful! You can see the night view of Jialing River from the window. It is a five-minute walk from Hongya Cave and Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street. Speaking of hotel location, FunGee Joyful River View Hotel is located on the 21st floor of Binjiang Road, Goldman Sachs Creative Wealth Center C Building. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that the hygiene and service are done well, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff arrive at a call, very attentive and humane enough. Smart facilities are quite courteous. The most interesting thing is that they will distribute good night congee every night. There is also free laundry and drying services, which is super useful for traveling for many days, so you don't have to worry about the smelly clothes. If you are heavy breakfast, every morning will make freshly cooked Chongqing noodles, until 1 pm, not afraid of getting up late, can not eat local authentic breakfast; guests can also self-service to get some fresh fruit, milk, CP value is high. Roughly quite comfortable to stay, the only small group of guests have suggested soundproofing can be improved, room type specifications sometimes differ with promotional details, it is best to confirm the room dimensions and views when booking. After introducing the hotel, I would also like to share with you the culture and food tips near Hao Li and Long Mon Hao. Longmen Hao used to be an important pier for Chongqing water transportation, and still retains many original old town alleys. It is recommended to walk in the evening and dusk. The twenty Bee Alley narrow streets are all old-style patios, red brick walls, many coffee shops and taverns, and characteristic Sichuan snacks. Shimohori is super popular for taking pictures, with hipster markets and historical buildings. It's not difficult to take pictures or find hidden delicacies to see the night view and feel the unique slopes and alleys of Chongqing's mountain city. For food, you must try various street skewers, Chongqing sour and spicy noodles, and handmade ice powder and bean curd to relieve spicy. There are a line of food shops downstairs and at the entrance of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about starving. Finally, the booking suggestion, Chongqing peak season is extremely crowded, especially Hongya Cave area over the holidays, it is recommended to lock the river view room online in advance, before checking in proactively contact the hotel to confirm the room type and view, any questions can request room change. The temperature difference in Chongqing is big at night. Remember to bring a thin jacket, and because the terrain has many slopes and stairs, it is best to choose more comfortable shoes. The hotel has many smart facilities, and the elderly or unfamiliar with technology must not be afraid of staff assistance. If you are looking for a downtown location, beautiful night view, courteous service and not too luxurious, FunGee Joyful River View Hotel is one of the first choices, recommended by family and friends. If you want to deeply feel the hipster people of Chongqing's old town, and easily capture the major attractions, this place is definitely worth a try. #Chongqing Culture #Hongyadong Hotel #Longmenhao Photo #Xiahaoli Food #River View Room First Choice

Very courteous for a family or couple stay. Appreciate that the hotel has free laundry and drying, which is super friendly for long trips. Breakfast is solid standard, the best is Chongqing small noodles freshly cooked, there are a variety of Chinese and Western options, the focus is still breakfast to eat until one o'clock in the afternoon, do not have to rush to get up early, slowly chill can. The only flaw is that some customers have reflected that the sound insulation needs to be strengthened, but the personal feeling is quite acceptable, just want to hea and enjoy the river view will not affect the mood too much. In addition, it is recommended to always ask if there are any differences between the room type specifications and the promotion when booking to avoid misunderstandings. Speaking of surroundings, the Xiahaoli and Longmenhao areas are one of the most storied old streets in Chongqing. It is said that Longmenhao was once a gathering place for merchants. The historical customs and the legend of "Longmenhao's century-old wharf" still remain. You can ask the locals in English: "What's the legend of Longmenhao?" They will tell you that there were many boats and merchants at that time. There are many small and creative shops and cafes in Xia Hao. The pace of life is slow, which makes people feel the real Chongqing flavor while eating snacks. Whether day or night is suitable for walking, alone to take pictures of alleys, rooftop drying is very artistic. If you come to Chongqing and want to walk Hongya Cave night view, Xiahao Literary and Art Old Street, staying in a FunGee river view room is really a first-class choice! Remember to ask about the room type specifications when booking. It is recommended to book online in advance. Please note that the offer or breakfast is included. You can coordinate with the hotel for special needs before the trip. Chongqing mountain city road has many steps, lightweight travel is most suitable; want to take beautiful photos remember to avoid the lunch peak, at night the rooftop river view shot brightly lit beyond the video. #Chongqing Hotel Recommendation #Jiangjing Hotel #Hongya Cave #Liberation Monument #Xiahaoli #Longmenhao Culture #Smart Hotel #Jialing River Night View #Chongqing Itinerary Tips#
