In Chongqing: A Riverside Stay You’ll Keep Missing Long After You Leave!

Staying at this guesthouse was once again an excellent experience—comfortable bedding, attentive service, and the river view as stunning as always. 💗 Why I recommend it: ✅ Unbeatable location! The property is right by the riverside, perfect for evening strolls and enjoying the spectacular night view of Chaotianmen Wharf. The Raffles City complex is just next door with a metro station inside, taxis are easy to catch at the entrance, and for those driving, there’s a parking lot with direct elevator access to the apartment. ✅ Stylish, modern design! The décor has a chic minimalist vibe in warm ivory tones, complemented by modern furniture and well-kept greenery. We stayed in a riverside suite for three, with a spacious bedroom featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room also had a balcony—sitting on the rattan chairs at night with a breeze, sipping wine with my husband, and chatting was so relaxing and cozy. ✅ High-quality amenities! I was pleasantly surprised to find a Dyson hairdryer (same as I use at home), along with a projector, Marshall speaker, and refrigerator—all adding up to great value for the price. ✅ Thoughtful service! The host contacted us in advance, sharing detailed check-in information and local travel tips through a group chat. They respect guests’ privacy, reply quickly when needed, and even provided complimentary snacks in the room. In the evening, we went to North Shore Western Restaurant at Raffles City to celebrate my daughter’s birthday—the ambiance and food were both wonderful, highly recommended as well. Overall, this guesthouse near Jiefangbei is truly a rare gem—meticulously managed in every detail. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!
