Staying here, I felt the meticulous care that added to my fondness for the city of Chongqing. The service staff are all ladies and gentlemen, considerate and sincere. The hotel offers many convenient and enjoyable services, with just a phone call, items are promptly delivered to the room. I chose a steam eye mask, makeup remover wipes, and they sent a camellia face mask to my room. The camellia, the city flower of Chongqing, is omnipresent in the hotel's decorations, dishes, desserts, and specially crafted cocktails. I particularly liked the detail of providing a protective cover for the Dyson hairdryer in the washroom, which not only reduces wear and tear on the items but also facilitates disinfection.
