Chonburi Viewpoint Pavilion

The white pavilion can be seen from afar from Sukhumvit Road. To go up there, you have to go through the gate of Chonburi Sukbot School, a school located on the grounds of Wat Khao Bang Sai. We can go up by private car and walk up the 300-step high and steep stairs. Locals call this staircase the glass stairs. This time, we used the method of walking up by ourselves. When we reached the end of the glass stairs, our tiredness was gone because in front of us were two white pavilions with Luang Por Sothon and a Buddha footprint inside. We could go inside to pay homage to Luang Por Sothon and apply gold leaf to the Buddha footprint. In front of the two white pavilions is a 360-degree viewpoint of Chonburi. You can see the entire city and the beautiful curved Chaloem Mark Vithi Bridge across the Gulf of Thailand.
