Sapporo New Chitose Airport Hotel, Hot Springs, Stamping, Food Guide

The abundance of food and fun in Sapporo Airport shops is well-known, and this time there's a new discovery. Collecting 12 stamps can be exchanged for a memo book, which is really fun 🥰 1️⃣Hotel We arrived at New Chitose on the way there in the evening, and the return flight was in the morning, so we stayed at the airport hotel twice. The hotel is not far to the left after arrival, very convenient. Both times we stayed in a three-person room, with basically the same layout. It's quite spacious for a family of three. The hotel provides breakfast and hot springs. Staying twice gives you enough time to collect all the stamps and fully explore and eat at New Chitose. We arrived late at nearly 9 o'clock on the first night. Be aware ⚠️ that the shops at New Chitose Airport basically close around 8:30, and all close before 9 o'clock❗️ We walked around a large circle looking for food but found no open shops, so we had to go to Lawson to buy food. Fortunately, Japanese convenience stores are versatile and delicious. 2️⃣Hot Springs The hot spring coupon given by the airport hotel is for the public hot spring on the 4th floor. It's very suitable for people who stay overnight at the airport. After soaking in the hot spring, you can rest here. Overnight stay is charged an additional 2000 yen after 1 a.m. (Figure 5). I have also written about the hot spring rest area at Haneda Airport before. The location is quite limited, but there are many locations at New Chitose, as shown in Figure 4. The reclining chairs can be fully reclined, and there are shared rest rooms for men and women, as well as women-only rooms. 3️⃣Food 🍦Strongly recommend ice cream, every shop is delicious. LeTao's is very rich, KINOTOYA's is super large in shape. Although it's the most famous, the taste is actually not more amazing than other ice creams. Because Hokkaido's milk is good, all dairy products are very delicious. During the more than two weeks in Hokkaido, every ice cream and cheese cake I ate was delicious. 🍫Royce Chocolate World, introduces the growth of cocoa fruit and the production and processing of chocolate. Compared to the Shiroi Koibito Factory Store, it's more convenient to stroll around the airport. You don't need to rush and you can basically complete the chocolate popular science. There are also many types of chocolates to choose from, suitable for souvenirs. There are many forms of dining, including food streets, seafood markets, and standalone stores. Each restaurant's menu is displayed outside, so you can eat wherever you want. Because I've been in Hokkaido for so long, I don't think there's any restaurant that can only be eaten at the airport, so I don't quite understand why everyone queues up for ramen shops 😂 Everyone can choose according to their own taste. 4️⃣Amusement 💫Doraemon Amusement Park It's really a childhood dream to have a Doraemon💙 When you go in, there's an interactive area first, with drawing, feeding Doraemon 'Dorayaki', etc. Once you pass this area, you can't go back. The next area is for taking pictures, and finally there's a real Doraemon for interactive photos 📷. It takes about half an hour to an hour to visit, and kids have a lot of fun 🤗 We didn't have time to go to the Hello Kitty Amusement Park. 💫Stamping The first stamping point is at the hall in Figure 10.
