This facility provides easy-to-understand information about the festival and exhibits materials and other information. The festival is held on fixed dates, on December 2nd (Yoimiya) and 3rd (Osai). As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by huge floats and Kasaboko. After a verbal explanation from the facility staff, you can enjoy the video. The video is 180 degrees and is dynamic, involving the floats and Kasaboko. The speedy movements were so fast that my eyes were looking in all directions, so I enjoyed watching it until the end! You can also see it from the second floor, so you can observe every corner. There are also other exhibition spaces.
