This was an absolutely amazing stay, to say that the customer service was 5 stars would be an understatement. We were upgraded to the millennium suite with views of the park and Cloud gate for an unforgettable stay. The room was splendid as well with a vintage feel. The architecture of the hotel is absolutely stunning. They have done a fantastic job to preserve the feel of the early 1900s and it comes through. Please do check out the Game Room and have breakfast in the Drawing Room. Cindy's Rooftop is part of the hotel and is free access to the hotel guests to stand at the balcony and enjoy rooftop views. Really comfortable bed, amazing bathroom, the best service I have ever experienced. The food is delicious. I had the same breakfast two days in a row it was so good! (Baked eggs at Cherry Circle Room) Beautiful old details all around the hotel. Really comfortable unpretentious place. Can't wait to come back!
