Visit the Blue Temple at Wat Rong Suea Ten

If you're visiting Chiang Rai, another temple you should definitely check out is Wat Rong Suea Ten. The highlight of this temple is that everything is blue. From the temple building to various statues, everything is painted in blue mixed with gold, giving it a unique look. Inside the main hall, there is a white Buddha statue illuminated with beautiful blue lights. When you walk to the back, there is the Sukantharat Museum, which you can explore inside. This temple is not far from downtown Chiang Rai, and it doesn't take long to drive there.
