[Thailand Biennale Chiang Rai 2023]

I went to the contemporary art exhibition "Thailand Biennale Chiang Rai 2023", which is held every two years in Chiang Rai and Chiang Saen in northern Thailand. The concept is "open world". The exhibition will run from December 9, 2023 to April 30, 2024. The exhibition will be held in various locations in Chiang Rai and Chiang Saen. Participating artists include Apichatpong Weerasethakul (Thailand), Ernesto Neto (Brazil), Hsu Chia-Wei (Taiwan), Pierre Huyghe (France), etc. The young artist to watch is Korakrit Arunanondchai (Thailand). The exhibition content and lineup of exhibiting artists are irresistible for art lovers. A free shuttle van for visitors runs between Chiang Rai and Chiang Saen (with a time schedule), so it was easy to get around.
