Chiang Rai Flower Festival, 21st Year A flower festival that is considered another highlight during the winter season when visiting Chiang Rai Province. This event gathers many species of beautiful flowers to arrange gardens and landscapes to look beautiful and magnificent, attracting a huge number of tourists to visit every year. This year is the 21st year of the event. We visited the event several years ago and were impressed and amazed by the beauty of various flowers.
