Khao Soi Mae Pimpon: Famous for its delicious Northern Thai specialty, khao soi, this local eatery is a must-visit for those seeking authentic flavors. The rich, coconut-based curry soup paired with crispy noodles and tender chicken or beef is a hearty and flavorful experience. You can also try the dry version of the khao soi here! 4. Doi Tung Café: Located within the Doi Tung Development Project (Doi Tung Royal Villa and Mae Fah Luang Garden), this café is a part of an initiative to support local communities through sustainable coffee farming. It offers ethically sourced coffee grown on the nearby mountains, accompanied by stunning views of the surrounding landscape. A great place to relax after visiting the Doi Tung Royal Villa. 5.
