🌄 Mon Muen Mak, the mountain peak of Mae Chaem, Chiang Mai

🪵 Mon Muen Mak, a small mountain peak in Mae Chaem🌱 🌴 Mon Muen Mak is a small mountain surrounded by the agricultural areas of the Mae Chaem villagers. It is an area where you can see the view of Mae Chaem town almost 360°. 🌴On top of the mountain, there are agricultural and livestock activities of the villagers, such as growing pumpkins, beans, and raising cows. 🌴In addition, on the top, there is an area for tourists to set up camp and there are small tents for overnight stays, where you can fully enjoy the view of the mountains, trees, Mae Chaem District, and the morning mist. 🌥️ 🌴Mon Muen Mak is not far from Mae Chaem District, about 7 kilometers from the district. It takes about 20-30 minutes to drive up, depending on your driving skills. The route up the mountain is a gravel road alternating with concrete roads. The road is narrow, so be careful while driving. 🌴When we came, it was the rainy season, around the end of June. We arrived at the top of Mon Muen Mak at around 06.30-07.00, which was the time when the fog was clearly visible. However, on the day we went, the sun was not too strong, so we were able to experience the beautiful fog for a long time, enough to take some beautiful pictures.
