The menu uses local ingredients to create Isan-style Japanese dishes, which might leave you puzzled while eating. Recommended dishes include grilled catfish, fried pork belly with fish sauce, spicy pork rib soup, all excellently prepared and delicious. Other highlights are fried chicken wings, fried red sausages, grilled chicken skin, grilled pork neck, various spicy salads, and especially the spicy papaya salad. For those who don't like spicy food, you can request milder versions. The soft grilled intestines with mala seasoning and spicy dipping sauce are highly recommended.
