Review of Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai

If you want to stay close to nature but don't want to drive far up the mountains, we recommend Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. It's only a 30-minute drive from the city, and the road is easy to navigate. It feels like entering another world. Location🏫: Located in Hang Dong, the hotel is designed like a tea plantation in the middle of the mountains, with rice fields and large trees creating a serene atmosphere. The hotel also incorporates highlights of Chiang Mai, such as the city moat walls, Wat Ton Kwen pavilion, and Wat Umong, providing plenty of photo opportunities. Room 🛏️: We stayed in a VALLEY DELUXE SCENERY room with a large King Size bed, 58 sqm. The view is of the tea plantation and the hotel's garden. The room has a bathtub and is fully equipped with amenities. There's a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Facility🎪: The sky pool is not very large, but it's great for photos. There's a fitness center, spa, and kids club, as per standard hotel facilities. There are many photo spots in the common areas. The hotel also offers additional activity packages like morning alms giving, rice planting, and Thai cooking classes. F&B 🍝: There are 2 restaurants. Breakfast is served at The Higher Room by the upper pool. The breakfast selection is limited and the taste is quite ordinary. However, the quality of the breakfast is disappointing when compared to the room price and hotel standards. Dinner at the tea terrace is delicious, with a good atmosphere and reasonable prices. Service👬: The staff service is excellent and impressive from the first step. Everyone is ready to serve and provide good advice. This aspect gets a full 10 points.
