Chiang Mai Train Travel Guide: Take a train from Chiang Mai to Nan, and enjoy the scenery along the way.

Yesterday, I took a flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. This morning, I took a train from Chiang Mai to Nan. The train ticket cost 50 baht, which is only CNY 10. The journey took nearly 2 hours. There was no security check at the station, and no checkpoints on the train. After boarding, the conductor checked the tickets. The conductor's station announcements were fun! In Thailand, trains are divided into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class, but not by carriage. Instead, they are divided by train. 1st and 2nd class trains are air-conditioned, while 3rd class trains are not. If you want to be more comfortable, buy a 1st or 2nd class ticket. You need a passport to buy a train ticket! The train was not crowded, and there were many empty seats. The passengers were quiet, and there was no congestion. There was even no one talking loudly, making phone calls, or playing music. This was really great!
