Art Of Noodles @ KHAO SO-I

We had the chance to try the popular Khao Soi restaurant in Chiang Mai, Khao SO-I. Khao Soi is a traditional noodle dish from the northern part of Thailand. It consists of a noodle bowl with a rich curry sauce infused with herbs and curry paste, served with pickles, crispy noodles, and chili paste. Khao SO-I is a modern fusion of the flavors of Khao Soi with the artistry of Japanese Ramen. This restaurant has gained popularity in recent years, attracting many visitors to Chiang Mai eager to sample its special noodles. The restaurant is decorated in a Japanese style, with furniture and tools reflecting this theme. Food and drinks are also served in unique ceramic bowls, plates, and cups. We had the opportunity to try both the noodle bowl with curry sauce and the dry noodle plate, both of which were delicious! Highly recommended for noodle lovers. Yum! #khaosoi #restaurant
