"Khao Soi Nong Ho", the legendary Khao Soi in Chiang Mai

A small, local shop that has been open for at least 30 years, it can be considered another legendary Khao Soi in Chiang Mai. Normally, the Khao Soi we have eaten here is mostly flat, thick Khao Soi noodles, but the shop's recipe is an Islamic Khao Soi, the noodles are round, not too thick, and sweet with coconut milk. The taste is not too spicy, just right. And the Khao Soi is served with pickled vegetables mixed with chili. Of course, the pickled vegetables mixed with chili are also my grandmother's recipe.
