Wanhua Cave: A Spectacular Karst Cave

Wanhua Cave is located about 18 km southwest of Chenzhou, Hunan Province. It is a famous limestone karst cave known for its spectacular underground river and unique stalactite formations. The cave was formed millions of years ago and has a vast interior space divided into three levels. The part open to tourists is several kilometers long. Entering Wanhua Cave is like stepping into a mysterious underground world. The cave is filled with various karst formations, such as stalactites, stalagmites, and stone pillars. Some formations resemble inverted swords, while others look like blooming lotus flowers or lifelike animals. The most striking feature is the underground river, which flows gently and adds a touch of vitality to the cave. Under the lights, the cave is a colorful wonderland.
