Yuan8li, a Chengdu Sichuan cuisine leader, has unexpectedly opened a new restaurant in East Coast Memory! It's right next to the "Chengdu" check-in wall! The atmosphere is both artistic and sophisticated. 🪴 There are also private rooms, making it a great place to impress guests. 👏 I had lunch with friends here, and we ordered a table full of dishes for about 50+ per person. 💰 Every dish was exquisite, like a work of art. 👍 ✔️ Salmon Fruit Salad Balls: Each one is like a jewel, with salmon + strawberry 🍓 + dragon fruit... both beautiful and delicious. ✔️ Roasted Duck: This reminded me of the roast duck I used to eat as a child!!! The duck meat is firm and flavorful, the bean sprouts are crisp and tender, and the duck blood is smooth. Mixing the sauce with rice is incredibly delicious! ✔️ Fried Mint Garlic Pork Ribs: Oh my god! I highly recommend this dish!! The ribs are crispy, and the garlic flavor is rich! Eating them with crispy mint leaves creates a rich, layered taste sensation! A true delight for the taste buds! In the cooling Chengdu weather, a bowl of white fungus stewed chicken soup is perfect. 🔥 The broth is delicious and warming. 👍
