You can always trust Shangri-La.

🏘️ Room type/layout: The view from the suite at Shangri-La Chengdu is of Jiuyan Bridge, which is very beautiful. Every time I stay at a Shangri-La, the view is always stunning, which is one of the reasons I like Shangri-La. 🧹 Service/hygiene: The service at Shangri-La is always reliable. The staff member, Zou Xiaolan, was very enthusiastic and kindly introduced us to the attractions. She even gave my child a little panda. She was so nice. Every time I stay at a Shangri-La, I receive a thoughtful card. They are very attentive. I give them a thumbs up. 🍽️ Restaurant/executive lounge: The food in the executive lounge at Shangri-La is always so rich and perfect. If I had to make a suggestion, I would hope that the lounge could add some millet porridge or simple hot soup to the dinner menu, which would be more suitable for the elderly. Overall, you can always trust Shangri-La. The environment, service, and food are all great.
