|Miaoxi, a paradise on a hidden island. Chengdu B&B | Miaoxi, a hidden paradise on an island Miaoxi Tent Resort Hotel is an isolated island hotel and a hidden paradise. Yesterday we checked in at this favorite hotel. This is my second time going there. The owners are a very friendly couple with a beautiful love story. The hotel is surrounded by water, so the owner named it Miao Xi. They have their own unique understanding of this hotel, which can be said to be extremely artistic and cultural, with exquisite details. Address: No. 88 Youxin Road, Wulong Island, Shouan Town, Wenjiang District, Chengdu, about 50 minutes’ drive from downtown Chengdu. The hotel is a mix of Chinese and Western styles and is very exquisite. There is a suspension bridge at the entrance, followed by a long passage, through which you can see a grand hall and an infinity pool by the river. The hotel accommodation area is composed of some white pointed tents and a very Zen tea room. These are all located on isolated islands surrounded by water on three sides, which is very artistic. Rope suspension bridge The hotel attaches great importance to privacy. Every customer who has made a reservation needs to use the QR code sent by the hotel to enter the hotel area. As soon as you enter the hotel's automatic iron gate, you will see a very representative suspension bridge, which is very cool! This is also the only access to the hotel area, with clear flowing water below. Bamboo Path Infinity pool An exotic infinity pool where many young ladies come to pose. The water is groundwater, and it's super cold. When taking photos while swimming in the summer, the colors of the swimming pool make things look particularly beautiful. Tent Room with River View There are a total of 19 guest rooms here, each with a different theme. In addition to the tent rooms, there are also duplex Japanese suites with river views, and there are also landscape rooms on the second floor of the main building. The tables in the rooms are small suitcases and look great. The toiletries brand is the high-quality British Seven Plus brand. There are so many beautiful details in the room. Tea Room This is a separate building. The first floor is a spacious tea room where you can taste Kung Fu tea, write, read books and drink tea. The Kung Fu tea tray has a complete range of tea sets, the gauze curtains are beautiful, and it feels very fairy to sit there and take pictures. Rooftop Observation Deck Upstairs from the tea house is a rooftop viewing platform with a pool, which is super beautiful. (There are no pictures, but you must check it out) There is a lens-like glass table extending directly into the pool, with an arrow pointing to the converging water flow in front, which is very artistic. FOOD We only had breakfast at 35/person. The breakfast was simple and nutritious, with exquisite presentation and very detailed details. Like, like, like! Indeed, the whole hotel is like a ship-shaped island, and Miaoxi is incredibly beautiful at night.
