When thinking of late-night dinner, there’s nothing but hot rice porridge and rich-tasting side dishes. 🍽️ Today, Som-O would like to recommend a restaurant with a wide variety of dishes in the heart of Chanthaburi. Parking is convenient. That restaurant is called Chob Phochana. 😍 🏠 Chob Phochana is located on the side of the road, opposite Central Chanthaburi. It’s easy to notice. The shop is spacious and decorated with glass cabinets in the style of a rice porridge shop. Ingredients include crispy pork, chicken, and preserved eggs. 🥢🥣 The must-order menus to eat with rice porridge or steamed rice are the pork belly with fish sauce (80 baht), stir-fried morning glory with chili sauce (60 baht), crispy fried pork belly with a little saltiness, served with chili sauce 😋 It’s incredibly delicious. The stir-fried morning glory is rich, salty, and spicy. The sauce used in the stir-fry is very delicious. Today, I ordered stir-fried sea bass with chili paste (150 baht). The restaurant uses large, fresh fish pieces stir-fried with stir-fried chili paste.
