The lighting and storyline were stunning, but my child was a bit scared by the sudden sound effects, so unfortunately we didn’t watch the entire show. The interactive segment was nice; the parade passed through the aisles interacting with the audience. Jumpjump was attracted by the clowns and various costumed performers, watching them with curious eyes. 🎡 Animal World You can get close to the animals, very friendly for young toddlers. You can feed the animals; we bought 20 yuan worth of carrots to feed the elephants. As soon as we reached out, the elephant’s trunk came over to take them—so cute 😻. Jumpjump chased pigeons 🕊️, watched monkeys fighting intently, and sat on dad’s shoulders curiously watching giraffes 🦒 eating branches. These were all magical experiences for him 😄 ⚠️ Animal World tickets allow unlimited entry and exit for 3 days. Too bad the adults have to work, otherwise it would be great to stay an extra day. 🏯 Taihu Performing Arts City We went in the evening; the night view was quite nice. There were cosplay and performances with different characters. The food inside felt a bit pricey and the taste was average. 💡 Personal tips: 1️⃣ Avoid peak holidays; weekdays or off-season weekends offer a better experience. 2️⃣ The big circus has two shows a day, afternoon and evening, each about 1.5 hours. For young toddlers who sleep early, the afternoon show is recommended. 3️⃣ It’s best to arrive early for the circus; the best viewing areas fill up quickly.
