I tried Tian Xiaogou in Xingsha a few years ago and was deeply impressed. Now Tian Xiaogou has branches all over Changsha 🌺, but the original restaurant in downtown still offers the best taste and most atmospheric dining environment. The cozy farmhouse courtyard setting perfectly captures a warm, rustic charm. While not cheap, the food quality and taste are exceptional, with some dishes that can only be described as stunning. 👍Braised Platter: Tender braised pork feet and chicken feet with rich marinade flavors, served with some pork intestines and bean curd sheets underneath - a heavenly combination for drinking. 🐂Beef Soup: We requested extra cilantro, and when it arrived, it was exactly what we wanted. Cilantro covered the surface, with freshly sliced beef in a rich bone broth. We each had at least three bowls! 🍖Lotus Root with Spare Ribs: Fresh lotus root segments that maintain their delicate connecting strings, paired with tender, fresh spare ribs in a sweet and slightly spicy pink sauce - very NICE, every bite is pure happiness ❤️ 🥚Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Eggs: A refreshingly delicious dish where bean sprouts and eggs create an irresistible combination~ 🐶Tian Xiaogou Restaurant (Caizi Jiajun Branch) 👉50m west of the intersection of Xingsha Avenue and Yingpan East Road, south side 💵Average cost per person: around 120 yuan (varies depending on ordering)
