The best shooting position at Changsha Xie Zilong Art Museum.

📍Photography location: Xie Zilong Image Art Museum, north side of the west gate This is a set of street photography works I took. Originally, street photography was mainly about capturing beautiful women’s bodies, but later, as I took more street photos, I began to look for artistic features in street photography. Since I have been photographing buildings for a long time and my work is related to architectural design, I have been exploring the integration of architectural photography and street photography to find ways to express visual art. This time, I did some exploring. The work I shot at the Xie Zilon Art Museum in Changsha was shot in black and white mainly because the girl's clothes are colorful, while the color of the umbrella is another color. In order to express the texture of the building and the flexible beauty of the female body, black and white was used. Conflicting artistic images are what I have been pursuing tirelessly. Obviously, this is my personal shooting style. If I can easily find my own work among many works, this is the self-photography style I pursue. The formation of this style is certainly not something that happens overnight, but is the result of years of preparation and practice. Only through continuous accumulation can one's works be different from those of ordinary people. On the second floor of the art gallery, there is a semi-hollow balcony, and a banner was used for shooting in order to allow more architectural design language to enter the picture, especially through the staggered structure of the building below, there is a hint of green light, which can refresh the gray building. In the whole picture, the black clothes of the weak characters can better embellish the whole picture, making the building look more textured and more magnificent. The girl in red clothes has fair skin, plump breasts, and a beautiful face and figure. I took a photo of her in the corridor of this space. Generally speaking, girls from Hunan are relatively more reserved than those from Hangzhou, but it is precisely because of their collective reserve that they are more innocent and simple. This kind of woman seems more suitable as a girlfriend or wife. I have photographed everything before, and actually I still photograph everything now. As a photographer, with a camera in hand, there is nothing that I cannot photograph or am unwilling to photograph. In the past, I liked to shoot landscapes, flowers, macro photography and other subjects. In recent years, I have mainly focused on architectural photography, street photography and portrait photography. But to be honest, I always feel bored when taking portrait photos. At the time of shooting, I still have a little feeling, that is, the photographer has a heart-beating feeling when facing the model with good figure and good looks. But after the shooting, when I go home to edit the photos, the feeling is gone. Street photography is different. It has many elements and a large amount of information. Moreover, you can’t imagine the scenes appearing at any time. Nothing remains the same. Compared with portrait photography, street photography is more storytelling, more historical, and more social. However, the images of street photography often look rather "earthy", that is, too mundane. We have seen that many street photography works taken by photographers are like this, because street photography focuses on recording, restoring the scene, and simulating the image shooting seen by the human eye. Therefore, how to enhance the artistry of street photography becomes a path to break through street photography itself and find artistic value. The strong vertical lines of the building, the shadows created by the light, and the soft and sexy long legs of the woman form an impressive picture. You can think of it as a portrait or an architectural work. In order to improve the artistry of street photography, I conducted the following explorations: Combine architectural photography with street photography and portrait photography to capture conflicting images. By expressing the texture and feel of the building, incorporating the movements and expressions of the characters, as well as the color elements, character elements, and building elements required for street photography, you can capture images with artistic beauty. This requires a continuous, bold and innovative shooting approach, which requires me to constantly and deliberately look for street scenes with a sense of space. Generally speaking, unexpected artistic pictures can be captured near buildings with ancient architecture or modern design. Since the building itself is an expression of artistic language, with the addition of characters, colors, light and shadow, the picture can create an artistic feel. Architectural photography often needs to express the architectural language of the architect. Some need to express the historical sense of the building, some need to express the functionality of the building, and some need to express the artistic characteristics or environmental inspiration of the building. The building itself has no vitality, but when a lively character enters the picture of the building, it can produce a good conflicting visual effect. This is a confrontational picture, a picture that can evoke rich associations and leave a deep memory. Another important creative idea for street photography is to have a sense of story. Only by shooting pictures with a strong sense of story can the images have vitality, lasting vitality that will still exist after many years. This is the social nature of street photography, also known as documentary nature. But how to express the story of the picture? During the shoot, several of us photographers were at the same camera position, or several photographers came to this camera position one after another, but not everyone could capture a story-telling picture, and even if they did, their levels were different. Storytelling requires waiting and observing. When you arrive may not be the best time, but if you are willing to wait, you will definitely encounter a great picture. Street photography requires having your camera up at all times and the ability to quickly capture a moment. When photographing people, since the subjects are dynamic and not posed, you are the only one who has to capture the picture and cannot get the ideal picture by posing. When shooting portraits, we all have an experience that the candid shots are always so natural and make people feel comfortable when watching them. However, street photography requires not only skills but also the right equipment. To take a snapshot, you must first set up the camera, increase the shutter speed, and use ISO auto as the appropriate setting. Depending on the scene, you may need to adjust the aperture. However, equipment is important. Street photography requires at least two lenses, one is a fixed focus, such as 50 or 35, and the other is a telephoto lens, 700200 is a good choice.
