Although I don't fancy the W style, every stay experience has been great!

I have to give a thumbs up to Changsha W. I must commend the service at Changsha W. The experience from entering to staying is very caring and thoughtful. I accidentally discovered that W's room cards have city names and got the urge to collect them. I mentioned it to the staff and they immediately asked which of the four colors I wanted; feeling a bit embarrassed, I chose grey and pink (really embarrassed to ask for the rest) and as soon as I got back to my room and sat down, they were delivered. Also, the bar let me bring in my own tea which was really friendly haha. The location is very convenient for business travelers. 20 minutes to reach the airport and the train station, I will come again
