A more cost-effective snow mountain experience than Switzerland 😍

I got up at 6 am to take the cable car up the mountain to enjoy the #MontBlanc 🏔️ I completely underestimated the cold weather in the mountains. As soon as I got to Aiguille du Midi, I suspected that I had a slight altitude sickness. I had difficulty breathing and felt a little dizzy when climbing the stairs. I immediately went to the cafe to drink two cups of hot chocolate in a row. After my body warmed up a little, I mustered up the courage to step out to enjoy the mountain❄️The scenery in front of me can only be described as spectacular✨ Recalling the last time I went to the Jungfrau in Switzerland, I remember that it was cloudy and I could hardly see anything on the mountain🥹I am very grateful that I finally encountered blue sky and white clouds in the #Alps this time. The camera kept pressing the shutter, and the 20-second video could not fully show all the beautiful scenery🤍 It is the most cost-effective to buy Mont Blanc MultiPass when traveling here, about €87 per person. After taking the cable car to visit Mont Blanc in the morning, we returned to the town for lunch at noon, and then walked for 15 minutes to take the #RedTrain Montville Railway (#Montenvers Railway) to the Mer de Glace Glacier to admire the ice cave. It was as hot as midsummer in the town, and then it turned back to winter in a blink of an eye. It was really hot and cold. 🤣 I feel like there should be a shop where you can rent thick clothes here... #Accommodation I chose Hôtel Labrador Chamonix, which is about a 20-minute bus ride from the city center. First, the price is relatively cheap, an average of €120 per night, and second, the environment is really beautiful. Back at the hotel, you can enjoy the mountain view while tasting authentic snow mountain beer and ham on the terrace🥂 After a 12-hour journey, I returned to the hotel at 6 pm to enjoy the rest time and put an end to the whole day's journey. I will leave for Lyon again at noon tomorrow🥰 🚘 There are two ways to get to Chamonix: · Take a bus from Geneva, Switzerland for about 1 hour and 10 minutes (about €20 per person) · Take a bus from Lyon, France for about 3 hours (about €25 per person); take a train from Paris to Lyon for 1 hour and 30 minutes 🔍Personally, I think the environment of Grindelwald, where you can see the Jungfrau in Switzerland, is indeed more beautiful, with less dense houses and more cabins on the grassland, but the transportation costs and hotels for the entire journey are very expensive. The domestic train tickets and the cable car to the Jungfrau alone cost €500 per person. In comparison, Chamonix also has the scenery of snow-capped mountains, but both transportation costs and hotels are relatively cheap. It is a good choice for people who don’t have too much budget🤍
